Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WeTradePro (the “Service”), operated by WeTradePro, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“WeTradePro,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Educational purpose, not financial advice

WeTradePro is an educational and analytical platform. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. The signals, scores, analysis, and coaching are educational only and are not forecasts or guarantees. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution, and we do not place trades, copy trades, or manage funds. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

Risk disclosure

Trading and investing in securities, options, futures, and other instruments involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any hypothetical or simulated results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices may change with prior notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including not to: reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell it; share your account; interfere with its operation; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, indicators, content, and branding, is owned by WeTradePro and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal trading. Indicator files you purchase are licensed to you for your own use and may not be redistributed or resold.

Third-party data

The Service relies on third-party market data that may be delayed or inaccurate. We provide it “as is” and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or third-party service.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeTradePro is not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WeTradePro harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, the state in which WeTradePro, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
