Accessibility Statement
Last updated July 31, 2026
WeTradePro, LLC (“WeTradePro,” “we,” “us”) wants every trader to be able to use this platform, including traders who use a screen reader, navigate with a keyboard only, rely on magnification or high contrast, or need reduced motion. Markets are hard enough without the software getting in the way.
Our commitment
We treat accessibility as part of building the product, not as a clean-up task. When we find a barrier, we fix it in the same way we fix any other defect: we reproduce it, we correct the underlying cause rather than the symptom, and we re-test.
The standard we are working toward
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. WCAG is the international standard for making web content usable by people with disabilities. Level AA is the level most commonly referenced by regulators and procurement teams.
We do not claim that WeTradePro is fully accessible, fully conformant with WCAG, certified accessible, or compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. No independent, comprehensive third-party audit has been carried out. Making that claim without one would be inaccurate, and we would rather tell you exactly where we stand.
What we have done so far
Measures currently implemented across the site and the platform:
- A skip to main content link as the first stop on every page, so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
- A consistent, high-contrast focus indicator on every interactive element, so you can always see where you are when tabbing.
- Keyboard operation of the navigation menus, dialogs, the mobile menu, and the trade-import file upload, all of which previously required a mouse.
- Dialog behaviour that moves focus into a dialog when it opens, keeps focus inside it, closes on Esc, and returns focus to the control that opened it.
- Colour contrast corrected at the design-token level so body text and buttons meet the 4.5:1 minimum, rather than being patched page by page.
- Form labels programmatically associated with their fields, so screen readers announce what each field is for.
- Status messages (errors, saves, upload results) announced to screen readers instead of only appearing on screen.
- A session timeout warning that tells you before you are signed out and lets you stay signed in, so you do not silently lose unsaved work.
- Reduced-motion support: if your device asks for reduced motion, we switch off animation and smooth scrolling.
- Text resizing and zoom to 200% without loss of content, plus a text size setting inside the platform.
- Text equivalents for charts and for the profit-and-loss calendar, which now carries a hidden data table so the figures can be read row by row instead of only seen as colour.
- Proper tab, menu and combobox behaviour in Settings, the Analyst Desk and the command palette, so assistive technology announces them as what they are.
- Automated accessibility checks wired into our test suite so fixed issues stay fixed.
How we test
- Automated scanning with axe-core against representative pages, run in a real browser rather than a simulated one, so colour contrast and layout are measured as rendered.
- Static analysis in our build pipeline, which blocks common accessibility regressions before they ship.
- Manual keyboard testing of core workflows: signing in, resetting a password, navigating, opening and closing dialogs, and importing trades.
- Responsive and zoom testing at mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop widths, and at 200% browser zoom.
- Manual inspection of page structure, headings, landmarks, labels and alternative text.
Known limitations
We would rather list these than let you discover them. As of the review date above, we know about the following:
- Price charts are described, but not fully readable. The interactive candlestick charts in the Command Center and Analyst Desk are drawn on a canvas. Each one now announces what it is showing, including the symbol, the timeframe, which studies are switched on, and the entry, stop and target when a trade plan is attached. What is still not available as text is the bar-by-bar price data itself. If you need those numbers, contact us and we will provide them in another format.
- No verified screen-reader testing. Our review was carried out through code inspection, automated tooling and keyboard testing. We have not yet completed structured testing with JAWS, NVDA or VoiceOver, and we have not had an independent accessibility audit. This is our biggest remaining gap and the reason we make no conformance claim.
- The signed-in platform has had less automated testing than the public site. Our page-by-page automated scans covered the public pages. The pages behind sign-in were reviewed and corrected by hand, but have not yet been through the same automated pass.
- Some smaller gaps remain. A few section titles are still styled to look like headings without being marked up as headings, and some repeated links (for example “Download free” on the indicator cards) read the same out of context.
- Third-party content. Market data, charting and payment components supplied by third parties may not meet the same standard, and we do not control their code. Our checkout has not yet been accessibility tested; if you hit a barrier while subscribing, contact us and we will complete it with you.
Reporting an accessibility barrier
If something on WeTradePro blocks you, please tell us. You do not need an account to get in touch, and you do not need to know the technical cause.
- Email support@wetradepro.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line.
- Use our feedback form, which is open to everyone.
- If you are a member, use Support inside the platform.
It helps if you can tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology, browser and operating system you were using. Send whatever you have, though. A one-line report is better than none.
Getting help or content in another format
If a part of WeTradePro is not usable for you, contact us at support@wetradepro.com and we will work with you directly. We can provide information from the platform in an alternative format, such as plain text or a spreadsheet, and we can walk you through a task that is not currently accessible. There is no charge for this.
How we respond
- We acknowledge every accessibility report within 5 business days.
- We will tell you whether we can reproduce the problem, and give you an expected timeframe for a fix.
- Barriers that stop someone completing a core task, such as signing in or importing trades, are treated as urgent and are prioritised above other work.
- If we cannot fix something quickly, we will say so honestly, offer a workaround or an alternative format, and add it to the known limitations above.
